By purchasing tickets, registering for, or participating in La Tomatina Fest India 2025, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Ticket Purchase & Entry

🎫 Ticket Validity

• Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from organizers
• Each ticket admits one person only
• Tickets must be presented in digital or printed format for entry
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced
• Duplicate or counterfeit tickets will result in denial of entry

🆔 Age & Entry Requirements

• Participants must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a guardian
• Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry
• Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times
• Entry is subject to security checks and bag inspections
• Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone

Prohibited Items & Behavior

The following items are strictly prohibited:

🚫 Weapons & Dangerous Items

• Knives, weapons, or sharp objects
• Firearms or ammunition
• Explosive devices or fireworks
• Chemical substances

🍺 Substances

• Outside alcoholic beverages
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Outside food and beverages
• Smoking materials in restricted areas

📱 Recording Equipment

• Professional cameras without permit
• Drones or aerial devices
• Recording equipment for commercial use
• Livestreaming without authorization

🎒 Other Items

• Large bags or backpacks
• Glass bottles or containers
• Pets or animals (except service animals)
• Banners or promotional materials

Safety & Participant Conduct

🛡️ Safety Requirements

• All safety equipment provided must be worn during tomato activities
• Follow all instructions from event staff and security personnel
• Report any injuries or incidents immediately to event staff
• Stay within designated event areas at all times
• Participants with medical conditions must inform organizers

👥 Acceptable Behavior

• Treat all participants, staff, and vendors with respect
• No harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• No vandalism or damage to property
• Maintain appropriate attire throughout the event
• Comply with all local laws and regulations

Photography & Media Rights

Media Consent

By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by event organizers, media partners, or other attendees for promotional, commercial, or editorial purposes.

Photos and videos may be used for marketing and promotional materials
Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted
Commercial photography requires prior written permission
No compensation will be provided for use of your likeness

Liability & Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Participants assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in the event. Organizers, sponsors, and venue owners shall not be liable for:

• Personal injuries or medical emergencies
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
• Event delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
• Actions of other participants or third parties
• Food allergies or dietary restrictions

Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend that all participants have adequate personal health and travel insurance coverage.

Force Majeure

Organizers shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms)
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Public health emergencies or pandemics
• Acts of terrorism or civil unrest

• Labor strikes or transportation disruptions
• Venue unavailability or damage
• Technical failures or power outages
• Other unforeseen circumstances

Privacy & Data Protection

Information Collection & Use

• Personal information is collected only for event management purposes
• Data may be shared with payment processors and venue security
• Marketing communications require explicit consent
• Personal data will not be sold to third parties
• Data retention period: 2 years after event completion
• Participants may request data deletion by contacting us

Event Changes & Modifications

Organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to:

• Event schedule, timing, or duration
• Venue location or layout changes
• Performer lineup or entertainment changes
• Safety protocols and requirements
• Food and beverage offerings

Significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email or SMS. Minor operational changes may be announced on-site.

Governing Law & Disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of India
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra
• Mediation and arbitration preferred before litigation
• English language version of terms shall prevail in case of translation conflicts

Severability
